What's a "Launch Partner"?
An early customer at our introductory rate. In exchange, we ask for a 30-minute feedback call, a short survey, active use of the product, and the right to use your practice name and logo in Jaxson's marketing while you're subscribed. No equity, no LOIs, no exclusivity clauses.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through your Customer Portal; you're billed through the end of the current period. Standard subscribers can cancel from any month.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes — a full 30-day money-back guarantee. The window starts the day your subscription activates: within 30 days, email billing@jaxson.io for a full refund of everything you've paid and we'll cancel the subscription.
Do you have a BAA? Do I need to negotiate one?
Every plan includes our Business Associate Agreement at no additional cost. You sign it during signup, and we automatically counter-sign and email you a copy.
How does multi-location pricing work?
First location is the plan rate ($49.99/mo Launch Partner or $149/mo Standard). Each additional location adds $79/mo. Operating 6+ locations? Talk to us — we'll work out a per-location rate that fits.
What happens at month 13 if I'm a Launch Partner?
Your subscription auto-converts to Standard pricing ($149/mo for your first location, $79/mo per additional). We send a written notice 60 days before that date so you can decide whether to stay on at the new rate or cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account before the conversion date — your service continues through the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again.
What about data export and deletion?
On request, we export your documents and chat history (within 30 days) and purge your data from our infrastructure and any third-party vendors. This applies to both Washington's My Health My Data Act and HIPAA right-to-delete.
