Our Story

Jaxson was created by a husband-and-wife team: a dental practice owner and a software engineer. We built it because we needed it ourselves.

Running a dental office means juggling dozens of policies, insurance procedures, and clinical protocols. New hires ask the same questions. Experienced staff give slightly different answers. Important details slip through the cracks.

We wanted a tool that would let anyone on the team type a question and instantly get the right answer, pulled directly from the practice's own documents. No searching through binders. No waiting for the office manager to free up. Just accurate, consistent answers in seconds.
